George Naumann
CEO

George started with the firm in 2000 and directs all real estate activities.  He has led appraisals for a wide range of both existing and proposed properties including over 300 hotels, motels and resorts, over 250 convenience stores with fuel services including the business enterprise values; wineries, vineyards,  orchards and agricultural land; marinas, internet co-locations, condominium / apartment projects, adult care and retirement facilities, office, retail and industrial properties, proposed sub divisions as well as contaminated properties and many others.

In addition to real estate and business valuations, George is experienced as a professional witness for litigation support in matters regarding property disputes and tax issues.  He is also experienced in the analysis of state and local land use restrictions and quantifying the impact such restrictions have on value.

George has complete feasibility studies for potential land development, highest and best use, project time lines and cost estimates.

In addition to his key role at Private Valuations, George is a past President to the Risk Management Association (RMA) and is currently a member of the American Society of Appraisers and received BAs in both Economics and Journalism from the University of Arizona in Tucson.  George has provided valuations on properties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, Montana, Colorado, Missouri, New Mexico, and North Dakota. 

Understanding national, state, and local economies is key to the valuation of real estate as well as the Feasibility and Highest and Best uses of properties.  George’s experience and knowledge allows him to communicate these trends and how they will impact the future value and investment quality of properties and specific projects.
